How do I get a medical marijuana card?
In order to get a medical marijuana card, you need to speak with or see a cannabis doctor. A regular primary care doctor CANNOT give you a medical cannabis card.If you don’t want to pass through this process then you will have to talk with us and get ready to answer a few questions. There is an annual registration fee for a medical card, but many dispensaries have a new patient deal to help make up for the cost of registration, including our dispensary.

What is your New Patient deal for Medical Marijuana cardholders?
%30 off for your first four orders to our shop. These coupons do not expire, and they can only be used one time per transaction. These discounts cannot be stacked with each other or with any other discounts. There is no card to carry, we keep track of discounts used in our system.

What discounts do you offer?
We have Student, Industry, Hardship, Veteran, and Senior Citizen discounts. You only need to show us once. Please have a Student ID, RMD Badge, MassHealth Card, Proof of Address (ID is fine), Veteran ID card, etc. All discounts are 10% off except the Veteran discount which is 20% off.

What’s the minimum can order?
The minimum order at Friendlyfarms is at least $130.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
This will vary based on multiple factors, including your location and shipping method:
- Delivery within the USA can take 1-3 days, 3-8 days, or 13-16 days, depending on the shipping method and your location.
- Shipping to Europe normally takes at most 1-2 weeks.
- Shipping to the UK takes at most 1 week.
- International orders can take 2 weeks from the payment confirmation date but may take up to 2 and a half weeks depending on the country of your residence or possible customs issues.

When will you ship my order?
After we receive the payment, orders placed during weekdays will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, between 7.00 am and 4.00 pm (GMT), Monday to Friday.
Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?
All orders received by Psilocybintrippyshop are processed within one working day. If you realize that you provided us with inaccurate shipping information, please contact us immediately and state your order number – we will do our best to accommodate your request to change the shipping address. However, once your order has been packed, it will no longer be possible for us to modify it.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent by email the same day it ships.
What if my package gets lost?
It has never happened but If the package couldn’t reach your address, it will be returned to us and a full refund will be issued.
Note: It is not our fault if you would fail to collect your order or provide a wrong delivery address (if there is nobody home, the postman will usually leave a notification for collection in your local Post Office, normally it will be kept for collection in Post Office for up to one month).
